Ayda is a graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Rouen- France with two Master Degrees in Engineering.
She subsequently worked as a civil engineer and project manager in France.
While receiving her Masters degree in Urban and Real Estate Management through the ESSEC Business School in Paris, she worked for a Real Estate Investment Fund and became well versed in commercial and industrial appraisals.
Ayda then went on to obtain her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation based on her construction experience with the Project Management Institute in the US, PMI.
Not only does she have in-depth experience in hotel appraisal and feasibility studies, but also in wellness and convention centres and has written appraisals in French and Spanish as well.
Ayda currently holds her Member Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) designation and is now in the final stages of obtaining her AACI designation as a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Ayda speaks English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Italian.
