Kristin Rinaudo’s passion for hotels has been stoked over years of work in hospitality, at properties ranging from restaurants and golf courses to full-service hotels and resorts. A professional history in marketing, research, and commercial property management has also endowed her with keen sensibilities for how a property is positioned competitively in a market. Kristin brings these qualities to bear on every hotel assignment she conducts as a Vice President with the HVS consulting and valuation offices in Atlanta and the Bahamas. She has earned her certified general real estate appraiser's license.
Kristin graduated Florida State University (FSU) with dual degrees in Psychology (magna cum laude) and Real Estate. At FSU, she was awarded the Teel Scholarship in Real Estate, the ICSC Undergraduate Award, the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship, and the FSU 21st Century Scholarship.
Kristin’s extensive travels abroad have taken her to New Zealand, where she worked in an alpine lodge, as well as Greece, Italy, Croatia, Albania, Montenegro, Slovenia, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, England, Ireland, and Luxembourg. She has an insatiable curiosity about the world, and it’s her life goal to continue traveling to its farther reaches.
